Terms & Conditions Applied on London Shuttle Service
1.1. We the company reserve the right to change any of the terms
and conditions stated here and will come into effect an hour after
posting.
1.2. All bookings need to be confirmed by the passenger until then
no booking is confirmed.
1.3. We charge an additional surcharge of 50% on the prices listed
on this site, these come into effect on 24, 25, 26, 31 December
as well as 1 Jan.
1.4. If a customer makes more then one stop on the journey an additional
charge is applied (minimum £5) or any other diversion on the
way.
1.5. If you are making more then one stop or making any changes
to your journey you need to inform us 24 hour in advance.
1.6. We provide 40 minutes waiting time free once the flight has
landed, and thereafter the charge will be £5 per 15minute.
If there is a pickup from London we allow 15 minutes waiting time
free for the time you have asked for a pickup, after that there
is a waiting charge of £5 per 15 minute waiting time.
1.7. All prices are based on direct trips; we assume that the passengers
are ready to go this mean our fares are based on a direct trip with
passengers being ready to travel at the time and place as specified.
1.8. London shuttle service monitors the flight for any delays and
we will not charge you any extra if your flight has been delayed.
If you miss the flight you need to call us. You need to call us
immediately if you miss the flight with your full name and surname.
1.9. A booking can be altered or cancelled with our permission only.
All bookings need to be altered in written by email or fax.
2.0. For all cancellations you will be charged £5 cancellation
fee.
2.1. All cancellations are at the discretion of London Shuttle Service.
2.2. We accept payments in cash and credit cards. We charge credit
cards 24 hrs in advance. If you are paying by cash your credit card
details will be used as security. In the event of you not turning
up you will be liable for the entire amount and it would be considered
as ‘no show’.
2.3 If you are picked up from a UK address the driver will wait
up and till 30 minutes after the time the booking was made for.
If we are unable to make contact with the passenger (ringing the
doorbell and calling the contact phone number) we will pull the
driver away and the passenger will be responsible for the full cost.
2.4. Drivers enter the airport after the flight has landed. You
have 40 minutes free after the flight has landed after that waiting
charges apply. We charge £5 for every 15 minutes and £20
for an hour.
2.5. If the driver is unable to contact you he will put a call out
for you with your name and surname. If the passenger fails to show
15 minutes thereafter he has the right to pull out and the passenger
will be liable for the full price.
2.6. If you the passenger have been waiting at the information desk
of the airport and fail to make contact the driver, you need to
call the company. Passenger should not just leave the airport without
letting the companies know as this will be regarded as a ‘no
show’.
2.7. Illustrations, photographs and descriptions on the website,
brochures, pricelists or documents serve merely as a guide and will
not be binding.
2.8. The company reserves the right to make use of sub contractors
to provide the service to the passengers. These sub contractors
will be able to provide a high quality of service.
2.9. We the companies are not liable for damage to your bags; it
is your duty to check how your bags are loaded on to the cars.
3.0. The Drivers have the right to cancel the jobs if there is a
delay done by the airline or the flight is delayed by more then
15mins.
3.1. London Shuttle Service reserves the right to cancel any jobs.
3.2. London Shuttle Service is not liable for passengers missing
their flight due to traffic, flight delay, or conditions beyond
the control of the company.
3.3. We as a company London Shuttle Service do not provide any compensation
for your missing your flight or journey.
3.4. All bookings need to be done through office, if you the passenger
make any booking with drivers we will not be hold responsible.
3.5. We need 24hr advance notice if you are booking online and if
the advance notice is less then 24hr we reserve the right to cancel
the booking. We will refund only 50% of your payment back to your
card.
3.6. If your booking is less then 24hr notice please call the office
to make a booking.
Passenger Journey Policy
All prices depend on your journeys, size of the vehicle. London Shuttle
Service drivers will have the right to refuse any passenger who has
excess luggage as this could result in the car being unsafe while
in transit. The passenger have a duty to inform us the company ( London
Shuttle Service) to make sure that the correct sized vehicle is booked
according to the guidelines set out and to notify by us of any excess
luggage.
The driver will kindly assist you to load your luggage if you prefer,
but he/She is not responsible for any damages to passenger’s
luggage.
The passenger must state the age of the child since we offer seats
for children up to the age of 3 yrs old.
Please keep in mind that babies/ children are regarded as passengers
and therefore to book the vehicle size accordingly.
Privacy and Security Policy
London Shuttle Service collects two types of information
1) Personal Details
We require your personal details such as name, address, phone number,
email address, this helps the driver in case he needs to pick you
from your home address or drop you to your destination.
2) Credit Card Details
We require credit card details if you are paying by credit card or
you are paying cash. We require a security to insure that our drivers
get paid and that you will show up at the airport. The following information
is required: credit card number, Start date, expiry date, security
code, issue number, name on the card, billing address of the card.
If false information is given in regards to the card we will not dispatch
the driver as we would presume that it is not a genuine booking. We
do not store any of your personal information on our database nor
do we provide any of personal details to anyone.
Payments made on this site is via a secure server which is provided
by Protx
London shuttle service complies with the Data Protection Act. If you
require more information regarding Privacy and Security kindly contact
us on. All credit card details are kept in the office and only operators
have access to this information. Drivers don’t have access to
this information.
